LEARN MORE

Nathan Ford.......what a bloody legend. The best overall coach I've ever had.

I reached out to Nathan 3 years ago after seeing his amazing result at IMW 2017. I raced it myself that year and was so inspired and motivated by his result. I wanted to become a better athlete so I signed up with him. The following year we knocked off 90 minutes from my previous years time.

He has always been there for me 24/7. I truly feel and believe he has always given me 110%. Nathan is an amazing athlete and a truly amazing coach. I have great expectations of myself and I know with Nathan's coaching and guidance I will achieve my goals.

Nick Morris

Before I joined NFT my training had no structure and I hit a wall and I was not seeing any progress in my times.

Having Nathan as a coach has made a huge impact on my fitness.

My personalised training plan ensures that I get the most out of my training whilst working around my work and family life. I continue to break my PB's

Nathan continues to be a supportive coach, he is always on hand to offer me guidance.

I look forward to progressing with NFT to accomplish my goals

Anthony Williams

Since being with NFT my training has been more structured and every discipline has seen huge improvements.

NFT is so flexible and fits the training around my busy shift work, with no hassle, clear communication and always answering my questions.

Cannot thank NFT for the support and improvements I’ve seen over the past year.

Jamie Davies

I have been coached by Nathan for almost a year. After an initial phone call, my training has been structured around my shifts.

I can honestly say it's the best thing I have done. I am fitter now than I have been for a long time and my FTP has increased by 50 watts.

Nathan is very responsive to any messages regarding any queries or help. Would highly recommend.

Kelvyn Davies

After watching a close friend achieve his goal of completing an Ironman I had the urge to set myself the same challenge.

Not knowing the first thing about triathlons or how to get fit I was completely oblivious to what it takes to achieve this. I was put in touch with Nathan and as the saying goes, the rest is history.

Within 6 months I have completed my first 70.3 and on the road to completing my main goal, all thanks to Nathan and his brilliant service 110% top class!

Dan Shinton

Can’t rate Nathan enough. When I started I didn’t have any self confidence, yet alone believe I could achieve what I did. He believed in me, which made me believe in myself again.

Having four boys, 2 of which were babies, meant he had his work cut out, but he fitted the plan around this, so didn’t impact too much, which definitely kept me in the good books with the Mrs!

Always happy to help with my questions no matter how small. He knows his stuff and the results speak for themselves. I also managed to get my PB at Ironman Wales, which was my main goal ...legend he is!!
